In this role, you'll:


Lead the delivery of complex cyber security products that protect critical transport systems, data and services across the organisation.

Own and prioritise the product vision, roadmap and delivery priorities for the assigned cyber capabilities, while translating business needs and addressing cyber risk priorities and regulatory requirements.

Partner with senior cyber and business leaders, stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams to balance risk, compliance and operational resilience while driving successful delivery across multiple agile and hybrid teams.

Ensure new capabilities transition effectively into operational ownership and business as usual teams while defining measures that demonstrate control effectiveness, capability maturity and cyber risk reduction while ensuring outcomes are secure by design compliant.

About you


You are an experienced Senior Product Owner or Product Manager with a proven track record of delivering large-scale cyber security or technology initiatives within complex, government and or regulated environments.

You bring a strong demonstrated technical expertise in cyber security, risk management and secure-by-design practices, combined with the ability to lead through complexity and competing priorities, influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes across diverse teams.

An exceptional communicator, and strategic thinker, you can translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes and confidently manage competing priorities.

Experience with ISO 27001. NIST CSF 2.0, Essentials for IT (Essential Eight) and Essentials for OT, security architecture or critical infrastructure would be highly regarded.
