For their Technology Hub in Warsaw, we are looking for an experienced Senior Product Specialist to take functional ownership of their flagship global clinical data platform.
About the Role & Platform
In this role, you will take end-to-end functional ownership of a global digital platform for clinical trial data management, built on the Veeva Vault Clinical Data Management Suite (EDC/CDB).
The platform is a cornerstone system in the Client's Clinical Operations IT landscape, used worldwide to collect and manage data from investigational and observational studies. You will act as a vital bridge between Clinical Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and IT teams—driving product roadmap execution, managing the backlog, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Note: This is a high-impact product ownership role at the intersection of Clinical Data Management and IT. It is not a traditional Business Analyst position nor an operational Data Management role.
Key Responsibilities
Product Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the product lifecycle of the clinical platform, driving backlog prioritization, MVP strategies, platform scaling, and continuous improvements.
Bridge Clinical & IT: Translate complex clinical business requirements into technical deliverables, facilitating seamless communication between business stakeholders and IT technical teams.
Platform Optimization: Apply expertise in Veeva Vault CDMS to oversee platform enhancements, integration initiatives, root-cause troubleshooting, and user adoption.
GxP & Quality Compliance: Ensure system adherence to GxP guidelines, support validation processes, maintain product documentation, and align with internal SOPs and quality standards.
Risk & Impact Analysis: Conduct impact assessments for proposed system changes, evaluate operational risks, and recommend mitigation strategies to safeguard compliance and operational stability.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with cross-functional global teams across Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and IT organizations.
Requirements
Domain Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Clinical Data Management (CDM), Electronic Data Capture (EDC), and Clinical Trial operations within the Pharma or Life Sciences sector.
Platform Expertise: Practical experience with the Veeva Clinical Data Management Suite (Veeva EDC / Veeva CDB) or similar clinical data platforms.
Product & System Ownership: Proven track record as a Product Owner, System Owner, or Senior Specialist managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and feature prioritization.
Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of GxP guidelines, SOPs, validation activities, and operating in a strictly regulated environment.
Architecture Awareness: Good understanding of IT architecture, data flows, and platform integration concepts.
Language Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Polish language is not required).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Base Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 PLN gross / month (Employment Contract / UoP), depending on experience and qualifications.
