Senior Product/UI & UX Designer

Total Experience: 2 - 5 years

1. KRA 1: User Journey Design & Optimization (25%) :

- Journey mapping coverage, funnel conversion, drop-off reduction, time-to-value, and task success.

- Come up with at least 5 product improvement recommendations per quarter apart from BAU.

2. Gamification & Engagement Design (25%) :

- Build gamified elements around adoption, habit formation, streaks, mission completion, and crucially behavioural outcome hit rate (not just engagement).

3. Ownership and stakeholder engagement (25%) :

- Ship designs and do final handoff for engineering within defined TAT. Be available for all design-related queries across the ecosystem. Conduct exhaustive design QA & ensure a quality product ships.

4. Research & Validation (15%) :

- For the assigned portfolio, establish research cadence with end users and come up with actionable insights. Do 10+ user interviews per quarter.

5. Design System adoption (10%) :

- Ensure design system adoption, handoff quality, compliance adherence.
