Senior Production Engineer I Switchboard, Control Panels
Your Responsibilities
Support daily production operations, planning, scheduling, and delivery.
Coordinate manpower, materials, machinery, inventory, and subcontractors.
Monitor production progress, delays, quality issues, and corrective actions.
Coordinate with Sales, Design, QA, supervisors, and production teams on technical requirements.
Ensure product quality, IPQC, workmanship, drawings, and production standards.
Lead and guide production staff, including training and performance support.
Ensure workplace safety, housekeeping, and equipment maintenance.
Monitor production costs, productivity, manpower utilization, and KPIs.
Drive continuous improvement in production processes and workflow.
Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with QMS and ISO requirements.
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
Switchboard/electrical panel manufacturing experience preferred.
Able to interpret engineering drawings and coordinate with teams and subcontractors.
Knowledge of production planning, quality, safety, continuous improvement, and QMS.
