Senior Production Manager

As a Senior Production Manager you are part of the production team, reporting to the Production Director. You will be supporting feature- and central teams in their day to day, working together with Product Owners in leading a cross-functional teams to deliver on Sprint- and Milestone goals.
You will, for your team(s):
- Drive the Milestone- and Sprint planning efforts.
- Capture and track dependencies within your team and to/from other teams.
- Build and maintain a product roadmap based on priorities set by the product owner.
- Facilitate meetings such as milestone reviews, retrospectives and software reviews.
- Ensure the risk registry is up to date and managed.
- Facilitate the quality setting process.
- Manage and maintain the team capacity plan and budget.
- Drive for resolutions and decisions to be made to maintain a balanced scope compared to available capacity.
- Identify process- and workflow inefficiencies, and work with stakeholders across the project and studio to resolve them.
As a Senior Production Manager at TTK, we believe you have:
- 7+ years of project management experience from the tech-, software development-, or movie industry.
- Leadership experience from leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with Agile development.
- Experience in creating, tracking and maintaining project roadmaps, sprint plans, retrospectives and dependencies.
- Great communication- and conflict resolution skills, acting as a facilitator and mediator to ensure stakeholders reach decisions.
- Experience working in Atlassian Jira and Confluence, as well as Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint).
- Worked on AAA games, preferably in Live Service.
Salary range Starting from 60,000 SEK per month, rising to 75,000 with experience, plus bi-annual bonus, and perks.
