Senior/ Production Technician (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing) #HYN
Job Overview
Join a pharmaceutical manufacturing team involved in the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and drug products. This role is suitable for candidates with production or chemical process experience who are keen to develop their careers in the pharmaceutical industry.
Job Responsibilities
Carry out production unit operations in accordance with established procedures and safety requirements.
Prepare equipment, materials and work areas for production activities.
Perform material charging and handling during manufacturing processes.
Monitor and control reaction temperatures and other process parameters.
Conduct sampling and support in-process quality checks.
Perform work-up operations following chemical reactions.
Monitor production processes and report any abnormalities or deviations.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), workplace safety and quality standards.
Ensure production equipment and work areas are maintained in a clean and orderly condition.
Coordinate with team members and relevant departments to support smooth manufacturing operations.
Participate in training and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
Relevant experience in production, chemical processing or pharmaceutical manufacturing is advantageous.
Must be comfortable working in a shift-based manufacturing environment when operations commence.
