Senior Professional Service Engineer

Salary: Rp 13.000.000 – Rp 16.000.000 per month

Job Description

1. Understand customer business and technical needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.

2. Prepare solution designs, technical proposals, BoM, SoW, and cost calculations.

3. Conduct technical discussions, presentations, and solution clarifications with customers.

4. Coordinate with Sales, technical teams, vendors, and principals for solution preparation.

5. Plan, manage, and monitor projects from kick-off through project closing and handover.

6. Coordinate project activities, schedules, resources, and deliverables with relevant stakeholders.

Competencies

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

• Experience : Min 5 Years

• Skills : Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT Presales, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, & Project

• Management Training / Certification* : Relevant IT, cybersecurity, or project management certifications are an advantage.

Language Bahasa & English Personality* :

• Able to understand customer requirements and communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and management-level audiences.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, project coordination, communication, and presentation skills.

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia Industry Background IT ( IT Infastcuture & Cybersecurity )

Others :

1. Technical proposal, BoM, Scope of Work, and cost calculation.

2. Understanding of Cloud, Server, Network Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.

3. Able to translate customer requirements into appropriate technical solutions.

4. Project planning, scheduling, monitoring, risk and issue management.

Main Responsibility

1. Analyze customer business and technical requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.

2. Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, Bill of Materials (BoM), Scope of Work (SoW), and cost calculations based on customer requirements.

3. Conduct customer meetings, technical discussions, presentations, and solution explanations.

4. Work closely with Sales, vendors, principals, and internal technical teams to develop appropriate technical and solution proposals.

5. Manage projects from kick-off, planning, coordination, progress monitoring, risk management, through project closing and handover.

6. Coordinate with internal technical team, vendors, and customers to ensure project activities are delivered according to agreed scope, schedule, and requirements.

7. Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and required follow-up actions.

8. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, meeting minutes, progress reports, and project closing reports.

Target

1. Minimal revision caused by incorrect BoM, scope, or cost calculation.

2. No major customer escalation caused by coordination or project management issues.

3. Timely communication and follow-up with Sales, engineers, vendors, and management.

4. Proposals submitted within agreed timeline
