Job Summary\:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Team Leader – Aftersales Logistics Systems to lead a team of engineers responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing logistics processes and systems within the After-Sales domain. The role involves overseeing complex, cross-functional, and international projects while ensuring alignment across various markets.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership and project management skills, a solid understanding of automotive after-sales systems and processes, and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement. The position requires effective stakeholder management, coordination of testing and enhancement activities, and strategic resource planning to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead a team of aftersales engineers in developing and maintaining Logistics processes and systems

· Facilitate large group meetings to build consensus and advance projects.

· Oversee project management, including tools, reporting, methodologies, and best practices.

· Manage team resources\: assess project suitability, monitor performance, conduct appraisals, provide feedback, and mentor for development.

· Develop and track project plans, and prepare presentations and reports using MS Office tools.

· Drive innovation and develop competencies to support new and existing business needs.

· Manage and coordinate test activities for all logistics systems, including gathering, documenting, and prioritizing enhancement requests from stakeholders.

· Align and clarify changes related to new system introductions across various markets.

Required Skills and Experience

· Proven leadership in managing technical teams, including competence development and scaling.

· Strong project management skills, with experience handling complex, international projects across multiple domains.

· In-depth knowledge of automotive after-sales systems and processes.

· Commitment to continuous process improvement and delivering high-quality project outcomes.

· German language proficiency and product development experience are advantageous.
