Senior Program Manager - Automotive Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager specializing in Automotive Manufacturing to join our dynamic team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex automotive projects, particularly in areas such as sheet metal stamping, tooling development, and fixture development. This role is critical in ensuring that our manufacturing processes align with industry standards and customer expectations. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire program lifecycle from RFQ to SOP, ensuring that all phases are executed efficiently and effectively. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement advanced quality planning (APQP) and production part approval process (PPAP) strategies, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 standards. Your expertise will be essential in managing OEM customer relationships and driving program success through master scheduling and timely delivery of projects. Key responsibilities include: - Leading and managing automotive manufacturing programs from inception to completion. - Collaborating with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure project milestones are met. - Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. - Conducting die buy-off and fixture development processes to ensure quality standards are met. - Implementing APQP and PPAP processes to ensure product quality and compliance. - Engaging with OEM customers to understand their requirements and expectations.
