The Dream Job

We’re looking for a Program Manager, or, as we call the role at Dream, a Booster, to bring focus, clarity, and momentum as we scale rapidly.

You’ll own your squad’s delivery while building simple, effective processes on the fly, moving fast, removing friction, and giving teams the space and confidence to do their best. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Research, and Product to align priorities and turn ambitious plans into successful execution.

The Dream-Maker Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple squads, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output
• Partner with the Product Manager and R&D Manager to oversee the end-to-end development process for our cybersecurity solutions
• Collaborate with the Director of Program Management to align squad goals with overall company objectives
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence
• Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Implement and optimize agile methodologies to enhance team performance and product delivery

The Dream Skill Set

• 8+ years of experience in program management within the high-tech industry, with a focus on R&D
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Proficiency in agile project management methodologies
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams and departments to ensure alignment and synergy
• Experience with Jira for project management and workflow optimization
• Comprehensive understanding of both cloud and on-premise environments
• Experience in a role within the cybersecurity industry
• Experience managing AI model training workflows, including data preparation, evaluation, and cross-functional coordination
