Key Responsibilities

Drive executive-level and cross-functional meetings, engaging stakeholders at Director, VP, and EVP levels.

Manage program timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans across multiple initiatives.

Provide regular program status updates to senior leadership.

Lead the PMO function and coordinate competing projects and business transformation initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience managing complex programs and multiple competing projects.

Strong program planning and execution skills, including timeline and dependency management.

Experience identifying, managing, and mitigating program risks.

Ability to communicate effectively with Director, VP, and EVP-level stakeholders.

Understanding of SaaS, hardware, and services business models and applications.

Experience leading cross-functional meetings and PMO activities.

Knowledge of Oracle EBS.
