Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our program management initiatives in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program leadership, product management, and digital transformation, particularly within the BFSI sector. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive AI automation projects and leverage generative AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency and governance. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage multiple programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital transformation strategies that incorporate AI and automation. - Lead the development and execution of program plans, including scope, schedule, and budget management. - Foster a culture of agility and continuous improvement within the program management team. - Ensure effective governance and compliance across all program activities, mitigating risks and addressing challenges proactively. - Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate program status, challenges, and successes.
