Key job responsibilities
- Build and own the "One SAS" global strategy for 2027, defining a unified vision for how SAS programs should evolve across geographies to deliver a consistent, high-quality seller experience worldwide.
- Map and track program differences across geographies, maintaining a living inventory of service models, eligibility frameworks, pricing structures, and operational approaches by country to identify gaps, redundancies, and scaling opportunities.
- Identify and prioritize cross-geography learnings, surfacing programs, tools, and practices that are working internationally and recommending where they can be adapted to improve the US SAS experience for sellers and CSMs.
- Lead the monthly Global Stakeholder Sync, facilitating cross-functional alignment across US, EU, China, Latam, and other SAS-operating countries to maintain connection, share progress, and drive collective decision-making.
- Pilot internationally-proven programs in the US, partnering with domestic SAS leadership to evaluate, adapt, and launch programs that have demonstrated success in other geographies, where applicable.
- Define the singular global SAS experience for multi-marketplace sellers, developing a vision and roadmap for how Amazon sellers operating across multiple countries should experience SAS as one unified program, rather than fragmented country-specific offerings.
- Scale domestic impact with global partners, identifying successful US programs and mechanisms that can be extended internationally, working with country teams to adapt and deploy.
- Drive program governance and reporting, establishing consistent metrics, cadences, and communication frameworks that enable leadership visibility into global SAS program health and progress.
