Senior Program Manager I, AS Programs Engineering

Key Responsibilities
 Lead and develop a team of sustaining and field support engineers.
 Own post-installation support and production ramp activities at customer sites.
 Drive troubleshooting and resolution of equipment, process, software, and hardware issues.
 Monitor and improve MTBA, uptime, and overall equipment performance.
 Act as the primary escalation point for critical customer issues.
 Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions with global engineering teams.
 Manage spare parts availability and service readiness.
 Lead customer reviews and communicate recovery plans

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or
  related discipline.
  • Is able to work closely with customers, FAE and CSE teams
  • 8+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment or advanced packaging.
  • 3+ years of experience leading engineering, field service, or sustaining teams.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in electromechanical systems.
  • Experience supporting customer production lines and managing escalations. Familiarity with reliability metrics such as MTBA, uptime, and service performance.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Taiwan and occasionally internationally.
