We are partnering with a leading general insurance organisation undertaking a significant transformation across its underwriting technology and operating environment.

This is a senior delivery role responsible for leading complex technology transformation across underwriting, policy and core insurance platforms, working across business, technology and senior stakeholders.

The Role

• Lead a major insurance technology transformation program
• Deliver change across underwriting, policy administration and associated platforms
• Manage multiple technology and business workstreams across a complex environment
• Work closely with underwriting, product, operations and technology teams
• Lead program governance, SteerCo reporting, RAID and complex dependencies
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors and delivery partners
• Drive platform modernisation, process simplification and improved business outcomes
• Support opportunities across data, automation and AI
• Manage program budgets, delivery plans, resources and key milestones
• Ensure effective transition from transformation into BAU

About You

• Experienced Senior Program Manager with a track record delivering large, complex technology programs
• Strong general insurance experience
• Experience across underwriting, policy administration or core insurance platforms
• Broader claims transformation experience will also be highly regarded
• Strong business-facing capability — able to work effectively with senior insurance stakeholders
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar transformation programs
• Strong executive and SteerCo communication
• Comfortable operating across complex matrix environments
• Able to bring together business, technology, product, data and vendors
• Pragmatic, hands-on delivery style with the ability to operate at a strategic level
