About the role
This is a Senior Program Manager role to support Project Anchor, which is migration of IPB business from one legal entity to another, targeting completion by H1 FY27
- Program Oversight & Strategic Coordination: Lead end-to-end program planning across all Anchor
- workstreams, ensuring alignment of milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation; act as the primary escalation point for cross-functional issues and senior stakeholder management.
- Regulatory & Governance Leadership: Own the regulatory engagement framework, oversee submission timelines, and chair governance forums (SteerCo, Working Groups), ensuring all decisions are documented, tracked, and actioned in line with policy and compliance requirements.
- BAU Continuity & Risk Management: Drive operational resilience by embedding BAU controls within program delivery, proactively identifying risks, issues, and interdependencies, and maintaining program-level RAID logs with timely remediation plans.
Knowledge/Experience:
Essential Project Management/Business Analyst with experience of 10+ years
Project Management Officer who has A transaction experience in his previous roles
