Senior Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the end-to-end migration program from ULVN to the Reltio cloud platform. This role demands strong leadership and program management skills with a deep understanding of data migration strategies, cloud platforms, and stakeholder collaboration across IT, data governance, and business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the comprehensive migration program from ULVN legacy systems to the Reltio cloud data platform, ensuring smooth transition with minimal disruption to business operations.
• Develop and manage detailed program plans, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT infrastructure, data engineering, security, compliance, and business users.
• Drive communication with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular status updates, issue resolution, and aligning project goals with business objectives.
• Oversee data validation, cleansing, mapping, and testing activities to ensure data integrity and completeness post-migration.
• Manage vendor relationships and partnerships related to the Reltio implementation and support.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security policies, and regulatory standards throughout the migration process.
• Facilitate training and change management initiatives to support adoption of the new platform.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and scalability within the new cloud environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• 8+ years of program or project management experience with a strong focus on data platform migrations or cloud implementations.
• Proven experience managing complex data migration projects, preferably involving cloud platforms such as Reltio, AWS, Azure, or similar.
• Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications preferred.
• Experience with program management and collaboration tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
