Senior Program Manager, Procurement Transformation (Temporary Opportunity up to 2 years)

Lead a complex transformation program that will deliver tangible outcomes for Transport and the state.

Drive strategic outcomes, influence senior stakeholders and deliver lasting organisational impact.

In this role, you'll:

  • Report to the Director, Procurement Transformation and lead the delivery of a strategically significant transformation program.
  • Drive business performance, organisational capability and customer outcomes through effective program leadership.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team and manage complex stakeholder environments to deliver program outcomes safely and efficiently.
  • Provide oversight of program planning, governance, risk management, resource allocation and delivery.
  • Manage competing priorities, coordinate interdependent workstreams and provide clear strategic direction to achieve successful outcomes.

About you:

We're seeking a proven program leader with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams. You'll be comfortable making decisions in complex environments, influencing senior leaders and ensuring measurable outcomes are achieved across a large-scale, highly visible program.

What you’ll also bring:

  • Extensive experience leading large-scale, complex programs and teams
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive influencing capability
  • Strong governance, risk management and program delivery expertise
  • Experience managing interdependencies across multiple projects and workstreams
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent professional experience.
