Senior Program Manager (Quezon City) | Onsite

Work Location: Cubao, Quezon City
Shift: Monday-Friday; 6am - 3pm; Fixed weekends off
Non-negotiable Requirements:
- At least 3 years of Program Manager experience
- Able to handle multiple teams all at once
- With prior experience with compliance and performance management
- Knowledge in tech products
- BPO experience with B2B experience in the US Market
- Strong English communication skills
- Okay with growing his/her team – only 5 team members in the PH to date
Duties and Responsibilities:
New Product Introduction (NPI):
- Lead end-to-end NPI programs across various product categories, from development kickoff to production ramp-up and launch.
- Convert Product Management requirements and PRDs into clear program plans with defined scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resources.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Serve as the single-threaded leader ensuring program delivery by coordinating Product Management, Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Compliance, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Drive accountability and influence outcomes using data-driven decisions and governance, without formal authority.
Risk, Issue, and Change Management:
- Maintain integrated schedules, dashboards, and KPIs focused on timeline, cost, readiness, and risk.
- Provide clear status updates to stakeholders, highlighting risks, decisions needed, and progress.
Program Governance and Communication:
- Ensure transparent program oversight through robust schedules, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Effectively communicate critical risks, decisions, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
Portfolio Contribution:
- Manage multiple concurrent NPI programs of varying complexity and stages.
- Mentor Project Coordinators, guiding prioritization and providing context while owning program outcomes.
