Senior Programmer

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Development & Support

• Develop, customize, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2/R3.

• Develop using X++, MorphX, AOT, SSRS, and integrations.

• Support modules such as Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, and Production.

• Analyze system performance and optimize application processes.

1. Business Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain internal business applications beyond Microsoft Dynamics AX.

• Develop Web Applications, APIs, Windows Services, and automation solutions.

• Support integration between ERP, MES, production planning, warehouse, and other business systems.

• Enhance existing applications and develop new solutions based on business requirements.

3. Database & System Integration

• Develop and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, and queries.

• Develop and maintain ETL processes using SSIS.

• Support data integration between multiple enterprise applications.

• Troubleshoot data synchronization and interface issues.

4. Automation & Digital Transformation

• Develop automation solutions using scripts, APIs, RPA, and other appropriate technologies.

• Apply AI-assisted development tools to improve software development efficiency.

• Participate in system modernization and digital transformation projects.

• Support future ERP migration or integration initiatives, including Microsoft Dynamics 365.

5. System Analysis & Technical Documentation

• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Prepare technical specifications, system designs, and documentation.

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment.

• Collaborate with internal IT teams, business users, and external vendors.

6. Other IT Development Responsibilities

• Support other programming, integration, reporting, and application development assignments as required.

• Learn and adopt new technologies based on business needs.

• Provide technical guidance to junior programmers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.

• 5+ years of software development experience, preferably including Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.

• Experience with X++, SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, and ERP customization.

• Knowledge of C#, .NET, REST API, Web Application Development, or other programming languages.

• Experience in system integration and enterprise application development.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work across multiple applications and technologies, not limited to Microsoft Dynamics AX.

• Experience in manufacturing or garment industry systems is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, RPA, or AI development tools is an advantage.
