Senior Project Controls Specialist - Infrastructure

Graham is actively recruiting for a Senior Project Controls Specialist to support the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Senior Project Controls Manager, this role defines and documents processes, provides strategic support to project teams and monitors risks to improve project execution.

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site

• Manage Risk – Work with the Project Controls Manager and Project Team to support Quantitative Risk Analysis/Assessments when needed.
• Standardize Processes – Support the implementation of project controls systems and procedures.
• Project Controls Planning – Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, and document management.
• Monitor Project Performance – Identify issues, drive improvements, and escalate when needed.
• Provide Expert Guidance – Support project teams with accurate data, presenting KPIs and providing strategic advice.

The Right Tools for the Job

• Education: Degree or diploma in Construction, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 7+ years in Project Cost Control (General Contracting).
• Skills: Hands on experience with EAC/ETC, Cost Variances, Commitments and Cost Exposure, Change Management and Earned Value.
• Preferred software experience: InEight cost management, P6 and schedule/cost integration, Risk management.

Compensation

• Salary Range $125,000 to $155,000 per annum
• Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement
