Salary: $100.00 - $110.56 p/hr inc. Super + weekly pays

Our client, an independent Federal agency in charge of organising, conducting and supervising Australian elections, require the services of a Senior Project Coordinator to join their Chief Information Officer Division.
Duties of the Senior Project Coordinator:
- Management, tracking and review of project dependencies, risks, treatments and mitigations;
- Support project delivery including scheduling, reporting and task coordination;
- Ensure coordination and reporting appropriately for project milestones and deliverables within agreed timeframes;
- Development of project artifacts including Project Plans, Executive Papers, risk registers, change approvals, financial reports.
Skills required:
- Demonstrated experience in IT project and or program delivery, including planning, scheduling, budget and resource management, risk and issue management and reporting;
- Ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including technical and non-technical staff, and senior leadership. Ability to develop trust and communicate with influence with leadership and key stakeholders;
- Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively move roadblocks in a sensitive and positive way. Ability to work autonomously and collaborative effectively with large agile delivery teams;
- Experience working within Agile project frameworks and proficiency in using IT tools to maintain project/program records and information (e.g. MS Suite, electronic record management system, Azure DevOps, etc.);
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – including the ability to draft key project artifacts such as project plans, risk registers and Executive papers in line with organisational standards;
- Experience working with contracts and procurement activities, ensuring alignment with government procurement guidelines.
Desirable: Providing administrative support for a program/project in the Federal government context and Certification in SAFe Agile, SCRUM, PRINCE2 Agile.
