Senior Project Coordinator

Salary: ฿35,000 – ฿45,000 per month

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Coordinator who is not only skilled in delivering projects on time and within budget but is also an experienced team leader who can help foster a fun, positive and effective work environment. You will oversee various projects, which span a wide gamut of disciplines, from IT, events, new gym construction, and in-gym improvements, and involving coordination between numerous departments, ensuring seamless execution.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.

• Act as the central point of communication between stakeholders and departments, ensuring transparency and alignment.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact the success of a project.

• Foster a positive team culture, encouraging collaboration, open communication, and professional growth.

• Assist HR with team-building activities to strengthen team cohesion and create an enjoyable workplace.

• Monitor project performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet objectives.

• Report project status and key metrics to leadership.

About you

• Proven experience as a Coordinator, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills, ideally with fluency in Thai and English.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Experience in budget management and resource allocation.

• Experience in construction projects desirable but not required.

• Passion for fostering an engaging and fun workplace.
