The Boldt Company, a subsidiary of the Boldt Group
Location: This role is designed for professionals who enjoy being where the action happens. You'll be based full-time on project sites, working alongside talented teams to deliver meaningful, high-impact construction projects. To help support work-life balance while working away from home, you'll return home every three weeks for an extended long weekend, giving you dedicated time to recharge, reconnect with family and friends, and enjoy the flexibility of a unique project-based career.

At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact. We're looking for a highly organized and relationship-focused Senior Project Coordinator to play a key role in delivering some of the most challenging industrial, power, and commercial construction projects in the country.

In this position, you'll be at the center of project success, partnering closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Superintendents, clients, subcontractors, and field teams to keep projects moving forward efficiently from preconstruction through closeout. You'll take ownership of critical project operations, including cost tracking, billing coordination, procurement support, document management, and financial reporting, helping ensure every phase of the project stays aligned and on track.

This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and making an impact beyond administrative support. You'll be trusted to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while helping create consistency, accountability, and operational excellence across project teams.

As a senior member of the team, you'll also have the opportunity to mentor and support developing coordinators, contribute to process improvements, and help shape the way projects are delivered across the organization. If you're looking for a role where your expertise is valued, your contributions are visible, and your career can continue to grow, you'll find that opportunity at Boldt as part of our Better Together culture.
