Senior Project Director – Mega Buildings Project

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Director to lead the delivery of a major buildings project in Qatar. This role holds full accountability for the project lifecycle—from initiation through to successful completion and handover. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end project execution • Provide strategic direction to project teams and contractors • Manage key stakeholder relationships • Oversee budget, risk, and resource allocation • Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards

• Minimum 20 years’ experience in the construction and project management industry, with at least 12 years serving as an on- site manager overseeing daily operations. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management • Minimum one completed project experience in Qatar within the Oil & Gas sector, with a deep understanding of their protocols, standards, and operational expectations. • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale, complex mega building projects in a similar Senior Project Director capacity. • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities • Excellent strategic, commercial, and communication skills
