SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER

Requirements:

• Must have Bachelors Degree in civil engineering from recognized universities approved by PE board.
• Proficient in project construction management.
• Experience in building civil projects with the main contractor in construction projects in Singapore.
• Shall be well versed in different levels of government agencies and construction regulations.
• Minimum 15 years of work experience in large scale Civil and Construction projects with Main Contractor.

Job Description:

• Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating the technical and management aspects of the projects.
• Monitoring of site activities, material requisition, cost control, project supervision,and schedule of works.
• Assist and support the project manager in handling and monitoring the progress of the project.
• Responsible for awarding delivery orders and preparing contract-related documents.
• Responsible for preparing and issuing subcontractor enquiries and the assessment of quotations upon receipt.
• Maintain contract documentation and provide advice on pre-tender and post-contract matters.
• Responsible for handling cost engineering functions involving budget preparation, cost control, forecasting, and cost reporting.
• Practical experience in the related field of building construction projects.
