SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, testing, commissioning, and handover of engineering projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and subcontractor activities to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, company procedures, QA/QC standards, and HSE regulations.
• Review and approve technical submissions, method statements, risk assessments, and project documentation.
• Resolve technical issues, site challenges, and design coordination conflicts to maintain project progress.
• Monitor project costs, variations, contractor performance, and support procurement through technical evaluations.
• Oversee quality inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, defect rectification, and preparation of handover documentation, including asset registers and O&M manuals.
• Prepare and submit project progress reports, risk registers, KPI updates, and other required documentation.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure the smooth transition of completed projects to facility management operations.

  Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 6–9 years of project engineering experience, including at least 3–4 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Experience in Facility Management, infrastructure, industrial, or MEP projects.
• Experience with CAFM/CMMS systems is an advantage.

• Knowledge of UAE authority regulations, QA/QC, HSE, and FM standards is preferred.
