SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, testing, commissioning, and handover of engineering projects.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and subcontractor activities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, company procedures, QA/QC standards, and HSE regulations.
- Review and approve technical submissions, method statements, risk assessments, and project documentation.
- Resolve technical issues, site challenges, and design coordination conflicts to maintain project progress.
- Monitor project costs, variations, contractor performance, and support procurement through technical evaluations.
- Oversee quality inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, defect rectification, and preparation of handover documentation, including asset registers and O&M manuals.
- Prepare and submit project progress reports, risk registers, KPI updates, and other required documentation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure the smooth transition of completed projects to facility management operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 6–9 years of project engineering experience, including at least 3–4 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Experience in Facility Management, infrastructure, industrial, or MEP projects.
- Experience with CAFM/CMMS systems is an advantage.
Knowledge of UAE authority regulations, QA/QC, HSE, and FM standards is preferred.
