> ##### About the Job
As a **Senior Project Electrical Design Engineer** at Ethos, you will work within Data Centre sector. Have a thorough grasp of electrical design and engineering techniques. With a confidence in working independently and in support of the team, ensuring successful completion of designs to meet construction timelines and requirements.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead the Electrical Services design for a range of projects.
- Design and specification of electrical services for various types of buildings and sectors.
- Produce detailed schematics.
- Develop the electrical design standards within the organisation.
- Mentor junior engineering staff.
- Provide fully detailed tender packages and monitor installation/quality on site until project completion.
- Tender report/analysis/recommendations.
- Develop project scope with the design team/client.
- Confidently use Microsoft Office, Autocad, Dialux, Amtech, and REVIT.
- Produce budgets and reports for clients.
- Attend site visits.
- Take lead on projects with minimal input from the management team.
> ##### **About You**
- Honours Degree – Chartered an advantage but not essential.
- 10+ years as a Senior Engineer.
- Must have electrical building services design experience within Data Centre engineering projects.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical design and engineering techniques.
- Deep knowledge of ETCI, CIBSE, IEC, BS, IS and EN Standards.
- Working knowledge of Autocad, Dialux, Amtech, and REVIT an advantage.
- Confident leading projects from the concept stage to completion.
- Communicative and able to liaise with clients, architects, and project managers.
- Manage the specification and design of Electrical Building Services systems for a range of projects.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
