Salary: up to $140K +Super DOE

ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll join a project-focused engineering team responsible for delivering infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, technology refreshes and strategic initiatives. The role combines hands-on technical delivery with customer engagement and offers plenty of variety across different environments and technologies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver infrastructure, cloud and modern workplace projects.
- Lead migrations, upgrades and technology refresh initiatives.
- Work directly with customers to understand requirements and deliver outcomes.
- Produce technical documentation and project handovers.
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure successful project completion.
- Previous experience delivering infrastructure or cloud projects.
- Strong Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows Server experience.
- Exposure to technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, Active Directory, Exchange and enterprise networking.
- Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of delivery.
- Experience within an MSP, consulting or project-based environment will be highly regarded.
- A genuine project-focused role with minimal BAU support work.
