Summary
Oversee electrical, security, and M&E maintenance contracts for multiple clients in Singapore, ensuring SLA compliance, team supervision, and client reporting while managing upgrades and inventory.
Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple maintenance contracts including electrical system, Security system and M&E system with different client
- Ensure maintenance activities comply with Service Level Agreements for response time, uptime, and reporting.
- Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team across different client sites
- Manage spare parts inventory
- Prepare and submit monthly maintenance reports, trend analysis, and recommendations to clients
- Schedule the maintenance, firmware updates, cyber security patches and system backup
- Take full ownership of Retrofitting, upgrading or alternative and additional works
- Act as the single point of contact for multiple clients regarding maintenance contract performance
- Identify variation orders or upsell opportunities
- Ensure client satisfaction through transparent communication and rapid issue resolution
- Other assigned maintenance or project by superior
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical / Electronic or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in electrical/ELV maintenance, condition monitoring, or M&E services, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment
- Self-starter and team leader with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess Class 3 license with own vehicle
- Hands-on maintenance experience with Partial Discharge monitoring system would be a high advantage
- Possess PMP certification would be an advantage
- Singaporean only

- PC Literate with strong skills in MS office, MS project
- Be able to work independently within a fast paced, target driven environment
