Senior Project Manager

Lead oversight of multiple Project Thrive initiatives

Ensure alignment with overall mandate including capacity, resilience, and infrastructure integration.

• Drive delivery performance across BLD-executed projects, ensuring schedule, cost, and strategic objectives are met.
• Act as escalation point for complex project challenges and cross-project issues.
• Ensure integration of projects across pipelines, storage, ports, and infrastructure systems under the Thrive program.
• Lead coordination between:
  Business Line Directorates (BLDs)
  Group Companies (GCs)
  Corporate functions (Security, DM&T, etc.)
• Resolve interface conflicts and ensure end-to-end delivery alignment.
• Ensure all projects comply with ADNOC frameworks including GVAP, assurance reviews, and gate approvals.
• Oversee risk management, assurance readiness, and performance reporting across assigned projects.
• Provide performance transparency to Gatekeepers and senior leadership.
• Establish and manage portfolio-level dashboards covering schedule, cost, risk, and recovery status.
• Lead preparation of executive reporting at ELT and SVP levels consolidating all Thrive activities.
