Senior Project Manager
Summary
Leads end-to-end automation and logistics projects, coordinating mechanical, electrical, controls, and software integration from design through commissioning and handover.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale automation and material handling projects involving mechanical, electrical, controls, software integration, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Lead projects from award through design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and final handover.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and risk registers.
- Ensure project objectives are achieved safely, on time, and within budget.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress reports.
- Manage project communications and stakeholder expectations.
Engineering & Technical Coordination
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, controls, software, and systems integration activities.
- Review engineering drawings, technical submissions, and project documentation.
- Support design reviews, testing, commissioning, and acceptance activities.
Site & Construction Management
- Oversee site installation and commissioning works.
- Manage subcontractors, supervisors, engineers, and specialist vendors.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Commercial & Contract Management
- Monitor project costs, procurement, variations, and subcontract performance.
- Support contract administration and commercial negotiations.
- Track project cash flow and milestone achievements.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
- Proven experience managing industrial automation, warehouse automation, material handling systems, logistics systems, manufacturing automation, airport systems, or related projects.
- Strong project planning and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with engineering design, controls systems, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Experience using Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling tools.
- PMP certification will be an advantage.
- Capable of conducting meetings, reviewing technical documents, and preparing project correspondence in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
