Senior Project Manager
Summary
Senior Project Manager on a two-year fixed-term contract at ANZCO Foods, leading strategic technology and business improvement projects end to end — managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, vendors and stakeholders using Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery. Tools include Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps and Clarizen.
At ANZCO Foods, we are focused on meaningful change that supports our people, operations and customers. We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic technology and business improvement initiatives across the organisation in this two year fixed-term position.
This is an opportunity for a seasoned project professional who knows how to create clarity, bring people together and deliver outcomes in a complex operating environment. You will lead a varied portfolio from concept through to implementation, working with business leaders, operational teams, technical specialists and external delivery partners.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and quality.
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery approaches.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and governance practices.
- Manage vendors and delivery partners.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
- 5+ years' experience delivering technology and business projects.
- Strong project management capability across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Experience with business cases, budgets, governance, and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strong planning, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Clarizen, or similar tools.
- Legal right to work in New Zealand.
