Required
- Proven experience owning end-to-end delivery of enterprise software implementations in a B2B SaaS environment
- Track record as delivery lead on complex engagements, trusted by senior client stakeholders including C-level executives
- Strong commercial acumen: engagement-level budget and margin management, forecasting, and scope and change control
- Strong command of the core project management toolkit: planning and scheduling, RAID management, budgeting and forecasting, status reporting, and change control
- Clear, confident communicator who builds alignment across client, partner and internal teams
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model, with regional travel and on-site client work as delivery needs require
Preferred
- Ideally experience with financial systems, subscription platforms, or similarly complex enterprise solutions
- Formal project management qualification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
