Senior Project Manager

An established real estate platform is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver refurbishment and CapEx projects across its European portfolio.
This is a hands-on role, managing projects end-to-end within live hotel environments, ensuring minimal disruption to guests while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
You will play a key role in transforming assets —leading delivery from concept through to completion while balancing operational, commercial, and brand priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle project delivery (planning → procurement → execution → handover)
  
• Manage refurbishment works in operational hotels, safeguarding guest experience
  
• Own project programmes, budgets, and timelines
  
• Coordinate and manage contractors, consultants, and suppliers
  
• Oversee tendering and procurement to achieve best value
  
• Monitor site progress and proactively manage risks and issues
  
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory standards
  
• Provide clear, concise reporting to senior stakeholders
  
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  

Requirements:

• Strong experience (10+ years) delivering refurbishment or CapEx projects, ideally in residential, hospitality, living or similar live environments
  
• Hands-on, delivery-focused with excellent organisational skills
  
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
  
• Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and procurement
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational setting
