(Senior) Project Manager AY Commerce (all genders)

• Lead strategic and operational cross-functional projects from inception to completion, consistently delivering on time and aligned with core business objectives
• Perform deep-dive research and market analysis to guide executive decision-making and optimize project planning
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success, optimize workflows, and directly boost business growth and profitability
• Understand the roles and systems of different teams to coordinate projects effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve complex bottlenecks, align priorities, and drive smooth project execution

• Excellent university degree
• Proven track record (several years) in project management, business development, or strategy preferably within a fast-paced scale-up, startup, or e-commerce environment
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset and strong numerical proficiency
• High level of autonomy with a demonstrated ability to take full ownership of complex initiatives and drive them to completion
• Exceptional organizational skills and quick comprehension, with the adaptability to thrive in a high-growth environment
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; highly proficient in Microsoft Office
