Senior Project Manager
Summary
Leads end-to-end delivery of cloud-based access control and video surveillance installations for commercial clients, managing schedules, budgets, and compliance from award through commissioning.

You’ll own schedule, budget, scope, and quality from award through commissioning—working
closely with sales, engineering, field technicians, and vendors to deliver systems on time and to
spec.
The ideal candidate will have strong low-voltage/security systems knowledge (access control,
CCTV, intrusion, visitor management) and a track record of managing multiple concurrent projects
in fast-paced environments.
- Develop detailed project plans, scopes of work, schedules, and resource plans for security
system deployments (new construction, renovations, and retrofits).
- Lead design reviews, submittals, RFIs, and change-order management to maintain scope
- Coordinate site surveys with the project engineer and sales team, installation sequencing, and
commissioning/test plans with general contractors, IT, and facilities teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, integrators, subcontractors, and internal
stakeholders (Sales, Engineering, Service, IT).
Budget & Financial Management
- Own project budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, and change orders.
- Monitor financial performance and margins; escalate risks and implement corrective actions.
- Manage subcontractor performance, escalations, and issue resolution across multi-sites
Compliance, Documentation & Handover
- Ensure installations comply with applicable codes and standards (e.g., NFPA, NEC, IBC, ADA)
and client security policies.
- Maintain complete project documentation: as-builts, configurations, test results, training
records, and close-out packages.
- Provide regular status reporting on milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to
leadership and clients.
Performance Metrics
- On-time completion rate and schedule variance
- Budget adherence and gross margin per project
- Change-order cycle time and approval rate
- Client satisfaction (CSAT/NPS) and punch-list closure time
- Documentation completeness at handover

- Familiarity with Texas security licensing requirements and regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on knowledge of access control systems, CCTV/video surveillance, intrusion detection,
and basic IP networking. - Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently,
including budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
- Comfort with Salesforce and project trackers.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field.
- PMP, CAPM, PSP, or similar project management certification.
- Experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., Brivo, Envoy, MRI On-Location visitor
management,and Braxos middleware.
- CAD experience and familiarity with construction documentation workflows.
