Senior Project Manager – Building & Construction

New Power Partners is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex construction and building projects across Denmark.

The role is responsible for managing projects from planning and procurement through construction and handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

In addition to project delivery, the role includes supporting business growth through client development, tender support, and identifying new opportunities. As the business expands, the successful candidate will play a key role in mentoring colleagues and helping build a growing team of project managers and specialists.

Site Solutions develops and delivers turnkey solutions for the onshore and offshore wind industry – covering everything from facilities and workforce logistics to operational planning and site coordination. We work closely with global project teams to ensure efficient site setups that keep projects running smoothly and safely.

Site Solutions is a great team of nine employees, and the Senior Project Manager will work closely with all team members while contributing both strategically and operationally to the development and delivery of our services.

While our heritage is rooted in the wind industry, we increasingly support customers across construction, infrastructure and industrial sectors where temporary site facilities are critical for successful project execution.

What the role offers

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Lead construction and building projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and project risks.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
• Ensure projects comply with applicable regulations, HSE requirements, and quality standards.
• Provide clear project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Commercial & Client Management

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support tendering, procurement, and contract management activities.
• Manage project commercial performance, including budgets, forecasts, variations, and claims.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and long-term client collaboration.

Business Development

• Support business growth through networking, client engagement, and market development.
• Contribute to proposals, commercial discussions, and new project opportunities.
• Help strengthen New Power Partners' position within the Danish construction sector.

Team Development

• Mentor and support junior project managers and consultants.
• Share knowledge and best practices across projects.
• Support recruitment and onboarding as the team grows.
• Contribute to building a collaborative and high-performing project organization.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Building Technology, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of project management experience within the Danish building and construction industry.
• Proven track record delivering commercial, industrial, residential, infrastructure, or mixed-use projects.
• Strong understanding of Danish construction processes and regulations.
• Experience with contract management, procurement, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with AB18, ABT18, and ABR18 is an advantage.
• Fluent in Danish and English.
