Senior Project Manager
Summary
The Senior Project Manager will oversee corporate office interior design and fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. The role involves coordinating between clients and vendors, managing project documentation, and ensuring EHS compliance on site.
CD Plus A is a leading commercial Interior Design firm with over 30 years standing in Singapore and regionally. We are currently in need of a Senior Project Manager to play a pivotal role in our project team.
The project work to be undertaken focuses mainly on Corporate Offices projects – new and renewed.
Essential Function
Responsible for implementing and completing the project on time, within budget and in accordance with technical requirements. He / She shall also be a brand ambassador.
Responsibilities
- Delivering projects from inception to completion
- Preparing site assessments, due diligence, meeting minutes and progress reports
- Communicate and coordinate among Clients, vendors and team members
- Plan the work schedule and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines
- Shall be responsible for the EHS implementation and performance of the project on site
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and communication plan
- Conduct and chair weekly technical meeting
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project cost
Qualifications / Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate office interior design and fit out.
- Good knowledge on project processes and timeline management (eg. managing landlords, permits application and approvals etc)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage client's expectations
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and to work within a team structure.
- Positive attitude with a strong aptitude for learning.
