Senior Project Manager - China Hospitality
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per month
About the role
Lead hotel project development across new builds, asset enhancements, and Hotel Management Agreement (HMA) projects for a global hospitality brand. Oversee all aspects of hotel project delivery from initial concept and business case through design development, construction oversight, and final handover.
Key responsibilities

Direct and review architectural concepts and interior design packages to ensure adherence to brand identity, guest experience, and operational efficiency
Manage complex project budgets including capital expenditure planning, cash flow forecasting, and value engineering to optimise ROI
Lead procurement and tendering for consultants, contractors, and specialist vendors; negotiate and administer contracts
Act as primary liaison between the company, property owners, and key stakeholders throughout all phases of development
Ensure compliance with local building codes, planning regulations, fire and life safety standards across all jurisdictions
About you
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate Development, or a related field
Minimum 15 years' experience managing complex construction or hospitality development projects
Proven experience in high-end hospitality design or luxury hotel development
Deep understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and project management tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
International travel required; ability to navigate diverse cultural and regulatory landscapes
