The Senior Project Manager will lead complex technical projects and multidisciplinary teams, managing scope, budgets, and stakeholder relationships. This role requires strong project management capabilities at SFIA Level 6 and a current NV1 security clearance.

Lead the delivery of complex technical projects and services in a product-focused environment, managing technical teams, scope, schedules, budgets, risks and stakeholder outcomes.
Location: Canberra, ACT preferred; Adelaide, SA, Brisbane, QLD and Melbourne, VIC may be considered
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Contract Duration: 12 months, with possible extension up to a maximum of 24 months
Security Clearance Requirement: NV1

Essential Tasks
- Lead technical projects and services from inception through to successful delivery.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and key milestones.
- Lead multidisciplinary technical teams and provide technical direction and support.
- Engage stakeholders, manage requirements and align delivery with business objectives.
- Strong project management capability at SFIA Level 6, including financial management.
- Demonstrated organisational change management capability at SFIA Level 6.
- Strong requirements definition and management capability at SFIA Level 5.
- Proven stakeholder relationship management capability at SFIA Level 5.
