Senior Project Manager
Summary
Oversee large-scale IT projects, coordinating engineering, product, and business teams to deliver complex systems on time and within scope.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive strategic outcomes across engineering, product, and business teams. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end project management for large-scale initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, and track progress against milestones.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Facilitate effective communication across teams and leadership, providing regular updates and status reports.
- Manage dependencies across multiple teams and ensure alignment on priorities and resources.
- Lead retrospective processes to capture learnings and improve future execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, integration of complex IT systems
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in delivering IT systems.
- Project Management certification is highly desirable.
- Over 10 years of proven experience in project and project management.
