Summary
Oversees HDB construction projects from start to finish, coordinating site operations, budgets, and compliance with HDB/BCA standards while liaising with stakeholders.
· Lead and manage HDBconstruction projects from project commencement to completion.
· Plan, coordinate, andoversee daily site operations to ensure smooth project execution.
· Monitor projectprogress, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
· Liaise with clients,consultants, architects, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
· Ensure all works arecarried out in accordance with project specifications, HDB requirements, andBCA regulations.
· Manage projectdocumentation, progress reports, and site meetings.
· Candidates must havesuccessfully completed at least one HDB BTO project as a Project Manager
· Perform any other dutiesassigned by Management.
Job Requirements
· Degree in CivilEngineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
· Minimum 5–8 years of construction project managementexperience in Singapore.
· Must have provenexperience managing HDB residential construction projects.
