To help achieve our vision of a decarbonised future we are seeking a highly organised Senior Project Manager & Coordinator to plan, coordinate and drive cross-functional projects from concept through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, schedule and coordinate engineering and industrialisation projects across multiple teams
• Define project scope, milestones, budgets and deliverables and track progress against them
• Coordinate procurement, engineering and production activities to keep projects on time
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies and escalate where needed
• Act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards and reviews
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
Skills and Experience Required:
• BSc/MSc level or equivalent in engineering, management or a related field is mandatory
• Minimum 6-8 years of of technical project management experience delivering complex hardware, electromechanical, or powertrain products in Fuel Cell, Hydrogen Systems, Clean Energy, Automotive, Mobility, or Aerospace environments.
• Solid understanding of product development, supply chain and industrialisation processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project planning tools (ex. MS Project or equivalent) and ERP systems
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Team player with the ability to function autonomously
• Excellent spoken and written English/French is mandatory; German or another language is a plus
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
