OVERVIEW
The Senior Enterprise Project Manager is responsible for leading strategic and enterprise customer implementations, ensuring successful deployment, onboarding, and adoption of Netradyne's solutions. This role serves as the central point of coordination across customers and internal stakeholders, including Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Field Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership.
The Senior Enterprise Project Manager will oversee complex deployment programs involving large-scale hardware installations, onboarding initiatives, and training programs while driving operational excellence throughout the implementation lifecycle. This individual will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, risks, communication plans, deployment metrics, and customer expectations to ensure successful outcomes and a best-in-class customer experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Lead strategic and enterprise customer implementation projects from kickoff through successful completion.
- Partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Field Engineering, Executive Sponsors, Operations, and customer stakeholders throughout the deployment lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deployment schedules.
- Manage installation and onboarding activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Track, escalate, and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate change management processes and manage scope adjustments as business needs evolve.
- Create and execute communication plans, stakeholder updates, training materials, and customer-facing project documentation.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to solve business and operational challenges during enterprise deployments.
- Promote project management best practices and standardized implementation methodologies.
- Analyze project performance data and provide insights that support operational improvements.
- Map current-state and future-state customer workflows and business processes.
- Serve as an escalation point for shipment, installation, deployment, and onboarding-related issues.
- Oversee product installations in customer vehicles, including shipment coordination, technician scheduling, deployment tracking, and issue resolution.
- Develop installation plans that align customer expectations with internal delivery milestones.
- Lead project meetings, coordinate resources, communicate status updates, and ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain organized project documentation, templates, deployment records, and implementation assets.
- Partner with leadership and operational teams to improve implementation processes, scalability, and customer outcomes.
- Monitor deployment costs and promote cost-effective execution while maintaining customer satisfaction and project quality standards.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
Success in this role will be measured through a combination of customer, operational, and project delivery metrics, including:
- Enterprise customer implementation success and completion rates.
- On-time delivery of customer onboarding and deployment milestones.
- Planned versus actual installation timeline performance.
- Installation backlog management and reduction.
- Order fulfillment readiness and deployment execution metrics.
- Project delivery within established timelines and budgets.
- Customer satisfaction and implementation experience.
- Escalation management effectiveness and issue resolution.
- Deployment forecast accuracy and milestone adherence.
- Operational efficiency and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Cost awareness and execution efficiency across implementation programs.
- Development and maintenance of scalable implementation processes and best practices.
- Creation of referenceable enterprise customer deployments and successful onboarding outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 4+ years of project management experience leading complex customer-facing implementation projects.
- Highly organized, self-motivated professional who excels in managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and initiatives simultaneously.
- PMP Certification preferred but not required.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Experience with project management platforms such as Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Familiarity with CRM systems; Salesforce and Gainsight experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of delivering results that improve customer experience and operational performance.
- Experience supporting B2B hardware and SaaS solutions preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial vehicle telematics systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of commercial vehicle protocols such as OBDII, J1939, and related technologies is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's Degree required.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to travel up to 30% throughout the United States.
- Travel will include customer site visits, implementation support activities, deployment oversight, executive business reviews, and relationship-building with strategic enterprise accounts.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
- Base Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 USD
- Eligible for annual performance bonus
