Senior Project Manager - Data Center (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of critical data center and IT infrastructure projects across Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex, large-scale initiatives, ensuring successful delivery in line with business objectives, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

You will work closely with cross-functional and international teams, coordinating stakeholders across different functions and navigating complex organizational environments. The role is based primarily in Warsaw and operates within a hybrid working model.

Your tasks

• Leading the delivery of complex data center and IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budgets, timelines, and quality standards

• Coordinating and managing cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, Engineering, and external vendors, to ensure successful project execution

• Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and dependencies

• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, proactively addressing issues and implementing corrective actions to ensure smooth delivery

• Monitoring project progress, tracking key performance indicators, and driving resolution of roadblocks to achieve project goals

• Providing regular project status updates, reporting, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership teams

• Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders in an international environment

• Ensuring project governance standards are followed and that all project documentation is maintained to a high standard

• Overseeing the preparation and maintenance of project artifacts, including requirements, design documentation, implementation plans, test results, and project reports

• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery processes and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with proven experience in infrastructure projects within large-scale IT environments

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex data center projects within large, multinational organizations

• Strong project management expertise, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and navigate complex organizational environments

• Solid technical understanding of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and related technologies

• Hands-on experience with project management methodologies and tools, including Agile, Scrum, and Microsoft Project

• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in international and multicultural environments

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable

• Advanced level of English and Polish, with professional proficiency in both written and spoken communication
