Senior Project Manager
Summary
Lead cross-functional logistics and warehouse projects from planning through implementation and stabilization, including customer onboarding, warehouse start-ups, and continuous improvement for a major logistics provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional logistics and warehouse projects from planning through implementation and stabilization.
- Manage customer onboarding, warehouse start-ups, network expansions, and operational change initiatives.
- Coordinate with operations, engineering, IT, transport, commercial, and customer teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, risk mitigation strategies, and governance frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, service quality, operational efficiency, and cost performance.
- Monitor project milestones, KPIs, and financial performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, safety regulations, and operational best practices.
- Support solution design, resource planning, and process standardization across warehouse operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 Years of experience in warehouse operations and project management within a 3PL or contract logistics environment.
- Minimum 5 Years of experience in warehouse implementations, customer transitions, and process improvement projects.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage
- Written and Spoken Mandarin is an added advantage
