Senior Project Manager – Electrical Construction, Data Center

 The Senior Project Manager will lead large-scale electrical construction projects within the data center and mission-critical sector. This position will provide senior-level oversight of project execution, financial performance, client relationships, scheduling, and project teams from preconstruction through completion.

• Provide overall leadership for major electrical construction projects.
• Oversee project planning, execution, scheduling, budgets, and financial performance.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, project staff, and field leadership.
• Manage client relationships and serve as a senior point of contact throughout the project.
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Review project scope, drawings, specifications, contracts, and construction requirements.
• Oversee change orders, forecasting, cost control, and project documentation.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and contractual objectives.
• Identify project risks and develop strategies to resolve complex construction issues.
• Support business development and expansion of key client relationships.

• 8+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Proven experience leading $20M+ electrical construction projects.
• Strong background in data centers, mission-critical, industrial, or other complex commercial construction.
• Experience with ground-up construction and large-scale MEP/electrical systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Journeyman or Master Electrical License strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, scheduling, change management, and cost control.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, P6, MS Project, BIM 360, Accubid, or similar platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
