Senior Project Manager – Enterprise / SAP & Non-SAP Projects

About the role

Plan and manage large-scale enterprise projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. Lead and coordinate complex projects across multiple functions, business units, internal teams, and external vendors / system integrators.

Key responsibilities :

• Lead and coordinate complex projects across multiple functions, business units, internal teams, and external vendors / system integrators

• Manage and allocate project resources effectively, including project teams, technical teams, business users, vendors, and implementation partners

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints, and proactively drive resolution to minimize business impact

• Manage project changes, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and priorities, while maintaining alignment with business objectives

• Establish and maintain effective project governance, including project plans, progress tracking, status reporting, steering committee meetings, risk/issue management, and escalation

• Manage stakeholder communication and coordination across business, IT, management, vendors, and external partners, including C-level stakeholders where applicable

• Ensure appropriate project quality, documentation, testing, deployment, and go-live readiness throughout the project lifecycle

• Manage multiple workstreams or projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery priorities and overall project governance

• Lead project teams toward successful implementation, deployment, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization where applicable

Qualifications :

• Master's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

• 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with proven experience managing large-scale / enterprise projects

• Proven track record of managing projects end-to-end from initiation and planning through implementation, go-live, and closure

• Experience managing projects with significant budgets, complex stakeholders, multiple workstreams, and external vendors / system integrators

• Strong experience in project planning, resource management, risk & issue management, change management, stakeholder management, and project governance

• Experience managing projects with a value of THB 50 million or above is highly preferred

• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, workstreams, and priorities simultaneously

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

• PMP certification is preferred

• SAP S/4HANA / SAP ERP implementation experience is highly preferred
