What you'll lead & influence
- Ensure the business is successful adopting and operating to new capabilities
- Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and budgets, escalating and resolving issues as they arise
- Engage and manage stakeholders, including senior members of the business, to keep delivery aligned and on track
- Report progress directly to senior leadership
- Solid experience as a Project Manager within financial services
- Track record delivering technology and process change projects, ideally including platform, workflow, or digital delivery
- Comfortable working alongside technology teams - you don't need to be deeply technical, but you're not fazed by tech
- Strong, senior-level stakeholder management skills, the energy to build relationships fast, and the ability to hit the ground running
- Experience running delivery outside a formal, centralised structure - comfortable with autonomy and pace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine ownership of delivery for a defined body of work, working closely with senior leadership
- Exposure to end-to-end investment operations change and digital product delivery
- Fast-paced, purpose-driven work with meaningful outcomes for investors
- Collaborative, nimble team environment
